Marc Luecke is the Owner and Head Chef of Solutions Catering LLC. After attending the Illinois Institute of Art’s Culinary Program he went to work for Chef Lynn Chisholm at The Paddock Club in Elkhart Lake. It was at the Paddock Club that he found his true calling in life. Working for such a talented Chef expanded his knowledge of and passion for food.

After working at The Paddock Club he worked for various other restaurants in Sheboygan County including: Kitchen Manager at Larry’s Good Time Inn, The Black Pig, 3 Guys and a Grill, and also doing some of his own catering events.

After doing a few catering jobs he noticed that the social and creative aspects of interacting with clients and creating custom menus was a breath of fresh air. Once he decided to get serious about catering he formed Solutions Catering LLC in late July of 2018. Not only does his catering business allow him to be creative, meet amazing people, and learn daily, it gives him a great platform to get involved in our community.

Since forming his catering business, they have been involved with churches, various nonprofit organizations including: Great Marriages of Sheboygan County, Nourish Farms, WIRCO, NEWAHEC, and Lighthouse Recovery Community Center to name a few. To work side by side with these great organizations that are bringing education, awareness, and improving the quality of lives in our community has been inspiring!

2019 promises to be a year of growth, opportunity, and change for Solutions Catering. Marc looks forward to servicing our community with high quality food and services, and also continuing to be a part of helping to improve the lives of the people in our community who need it the most!
